i loaded a sum of rs *** in my airtel wallet on **-**-**** at *:**am but the amount is not showing in my wallet even after i got a confirmation message saying "airtel payments bank wallet loaded successfully. rs.***.** date: **/**/**** **:** bal. rs.***.*"
when i check my airtel wallet account by dialing ****# it says blocked amount is rs ***. please refund my money or add it to my wallet.
