I recently went on a * month business trip to USA and i activated international roaming @**** unlimited incoming ** days pack which offers * GB free and i was used ** days and come back India. Suddenly i got *****/- Airtel bill
I reached Airtel team and they said “that International Roaming @ **** Unlimited Incoming- ** days pack has been activated on **-**-**** and same has been deactivate on **-**-**** from your end.” So your current outstanding is Rs. *****.**/- payable at earliest. Please pay through any of the convenient modes of payment.
Note: I am not deactivating international roaming my side and no request and no email went my side
