The Airlink support team, Engineer Team & Area manager team are not taken any responsibility for this issue. I am suffering the issue for the last ** days and resolution also not proper. Each and everyday customer care team saying we are providing the proper solution in * days, every same frequently saying but it's third party payroll so we could not reach you as an urgent basis.
Your area manager "Kesh" who is sitting in Airlink office is also irresponsible due to many time visited Airlink office and saying will complete it by today but yet to be not proper service and not providing to me any contact details of the responsible person.
Who may responsible for net connection losses last ** days? I want to refund my money due to the bad service provider by Airlink by today anyhow otherwise I am going to Consumer forum for resolution. Request you to revert back urgently by today without * hour due to losses my business and occupation.
