I've initiated cancellation of enclosed fully refundable (paid ~Rs.*** premium) ticket on **th April'**, and have not yet received the refund.
The agent's customer service just replies back on mail that they are validating the refund from Airline, and Airline says they have refunded cancelled ticket money to agent.
Around ** follow up mails have been sent to Agent and Airline since May'** till Jun'** and I always get the same reply as above. No transparency on what has happened.
Seek your urgent help.
Also request please take severe action against this agent - HappyEasyGo.com - as I found from various sources that they do this to many customers.
