I had booked a fully refundable flight ticket with Lufthansa airlines on their website on ** June, ****. I wanted to cancel the ticket. However, the booking has no cancellation option. Therefore, I submitted manual cancellation request on the airline website on ** June, ****. As I did not get confirmation of my cancellation, I called Lufthansa's helpline number *********** on ** June,**** and also wrote an email to esales.delhi@dlh.de on the same day. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication regarding cancellation and refund from the airline. Also, I have been calling their helpline number everyday since ** June, ****. In every call they ask me to wait for ** hours, or ** hours, or ** hours. I am worried that the airline will not honor its refund clause.
