I have purchase online Kenstar air cooler dx
** june deliver me but when we open the product cartoon product uper body part damaged received and side gril not fit to cooler body . I have request return to product as term and conditon ** days return policy when product purchase filp kart shwo details.
but * times return request cancell. but not any solution my problem by flip kart.
I have pay delivery charge *** rupees how can i accept broken and damage product.
I have paid **** rueeps.
So please help me this problem .
