I bought a * tonne split AC on **th Dec ****. AC was also installed by the company itself and I have the installation bill also. On **th of June ****, I complained that the AC has stopped working and lodged a complaint# RNP ************. The technician visited the place and informed some problem in power supply part of AC's outer Unit and its cost being INR ****.**. We agreed and asked them to arrange it. We made several calls to customer care and came to know that our earlier complaint has been already closed without any solution to our problem. Today I registered a new complaint RNP ************ and came to know from customer care that company is saying that the Unit has been installed at a wrong place and we need to shift the Unit first and in this process its gas costing approx ****.** plus shifting charge ****.** and copper pipe additional cost approx ****.** will be charged to us without no fault of ours since it was the company who originally installed the Unit at this particular place. We were ready to pay faulty PCB costing ****.** but why we should pay these additional charges when we are not at any fault. We have been calling service center also several times without getting any resolution to our problem. This is complete harassment by the company. Kindly look in to this and help resolve this problem.
