Very unprofessional rude behaviour by the executive name Faiz. He had a very bad attitude. He wrongly presents the Just Dial. Please take action against Faiz. I will also mail for JD higher authorities. Attached the call recording of Faiz. Please check and resolve it. Our paid services running for last two years now he stopped our all services and deleted paid account. Now showing only free listing. Call conference is done with complainer but he told me that I have not unfrozen your a/c. Kindly check and resolve. I want action against Faiz.
