Ordered online for face mask "Order Number: AIN********" and the delivered items looks absolutely a duplicate one and even the prints are looking very shabby. While the purchase portal did say the item cannot be returned, it is probably with a condition that they give us right product. If they give us shabby and duplicate like product, should not they look at it and address it? the customer care are soo robotic to reply stating what is there in their template and not going beyond to address the problem.
