Sir I bought a hitachi ac in **** May.Which has a warranty of * years for the indoor unit and ** years for the outdoor unit.But now my AC has a problem with the outdoor unit.When I talked to customer care, they have talked about charging me. Service charge.While my outdoor unit's compressor has a ** year warranty, my compressor has gone bad. Still they are asking me ₹*** service charge.
