I am staying at Oyo living since *months, everything was fine in initial few months but from the last few months there services are getting worse. I have many issues I don't know where to start.
*) short circuit keeps on happening at this property.
*) In the agreement it was mentioned that they won't be charging electricity charges for the common area but they also charge that from us.
*) Most pathetic experience I have is with there operations team. It's been more than * days since my AC is not working after **** reminders also no one is bothered to repair The same situation has happened with me alot many times.. Short circuit takes place and than there is something which stops working and know u have to chase them for it to be repaired.
