अनुरोध हे कि दिनांक ** अप्रैल **** को मेरे द्वारा सुधीर म्यूजिक एंड इलैक्ट्रिकल सनावद जिला खरगोन से वोल्टास *.* टन Split एसी रुपए ***** /- मे ख़रीदा गया हे
जिला खंडवा स्थित वोल्टास फ्रेंचईजिस ** खंडवा कूल ** से मोबाइल न॰ ********** पर जब भी बात कि गई तो इनके द्वारा बिना विजिट किए बिना ज़रूरत के हर बार
एसी का स्टैंड लगवाने के लिए दबाओ डाला गया - और कहा गया कि कंपनी कि पॉलिसी हे , जब कि मेरे घर मे जहा एसी लगेगा वहा स्टैंड कि ज़रूरत नहीं हे ,मेरे द्वारा जब टर्म एंड कंडिशन मांगे गए तो टेक्निसियन ने
कहा कि यदि आप एसी स्टैंड नहीं लगवाओगे तो कंपनी कि गारंटी , वारंटी आपको नहीं मिलेगी , इस प्रकार मुझे * दिनो से परेशान किया जा रहा है मेरी बात वोल्टास कस्टमर केयर से हुई है इनके द्वारा बताया गया
कि एसी मे स्टैंड लगवाना ज़रूरी नहीं है , इसके बाद भी मुझपर जबरन स्टैंड लगवाने का दबाओ बनाया जा रहा हे और एसी आज दिनांक तक इन्स्टाल नहीं किया गया है जिससे मुझे और मेरे
परिवार को तकलीफ हुई हे , इसी के चलते मेने National Consumer Helpline पर अपनी शिकायत दर्ज़ कारवाई हे जिसका नंबर हे - *******
