Dear Sir/ Mam,
I had purchased a mobile from Amazon.in on **rd March **** with my friends Credit card and also pay charge availing its offer. And sold out my mobile. And mobile to be delivered on **th March to **st March. But due to Covid lockdown it delayed about * month. Then also I was waiting for it. Therefore my order was cancelled before * days of resuming orders & deliveries without any confirmation before cancellation. And now Customer service are saying we can't do anything in this. As the offer was available for one time purchase, it can't be availed again. They should cancel mobile on last delivery date or once confirm customer before cancellation earlier. Your Customer support are ready to pay only Rs *** as compensation. But I'm looking forward for purchasing that mobile on same price I paid earlier. This is not at all fair. Even I get this order update email after cancellation & refund.
As the offer was one time applicable for purchase on Amazon.in with credit card. You should give a promotional voucher equal to discount value made by credit card offer i.e ₹ **** for puchasing same mobile against cancelling order own without any confirmation. Or Please place the order again for same price, I'll pay again with that card or any other mode as required for your fulfilment.
Please look into this matter and resolve. I shall be highly obliged for the decision in my favour and if I don't have to raise anymore concern for this. I shall waiting for your reply soon.
