I have purchased a phone from flipkart and mobile protection plan was active by Jeeves pvt. ltd till *ct-****. Due to my mobile damage I claimed my insurance on **/aug/****. I paid *** for processing fees.They picked up my mobile phone after * days and on **/Aug/**** I got call from jeeves that your phone is not repairable and you will get the refund of **% of mobile price. same day (**/Aug/****) I shared my bank details and they said with in * days you will get your refund and Till date no refund has came . frequently I am contacting them but they are not responding. they are not refunding my hard earning money .
