I am Living in Thane and and I am using Joisterconnect Internet service. On **st October I have purchased this service. I have plan of **Mbps And I have paid yearly. It seems like the ISP is throttling my Internet connection on specific websites. The Websites which don't have Indian Servers and which are outside of India on those websites my ISP throttles my Internet. I have written more than * to * emails but they only say that we are working on your issue from last * days I am waiting for my issue to be resolved. Kindly help me with this issue. I have showed them the issue by using any desk also. Still they are not giving me service. The Websites are :

I have problem with this two websites till now more can get added. Please help me regarding this issue. And these * websites are completely safe and made for entertainment. These websites are Like YouTube. There is no harm and also in these websites there is no content which is inappropriate. And all my friends and relatives use these websites and they do not face any problems. Their plan is also **Mbps to **MBps. I think my ISP is typically slowing down my Internet on the websites which don't have servers in India. I received one email from ISP telling me that I have to buy Static IP for that but I have DHCP i.e.Dynamic IP all ISP providers mostly provide Dynamic IP for the Cost Effective. But My friends and relatives also have Dynamic IP and they are not facing any issue. So I am writing this email to you because blocking access or slowing down access on specific sites is illegal In India therefore I am writing this.
