Hi, on OCT *th I had tried to order the Mi smart speaker from MI store app. I tried twice but the payments timeout but my money has been debited via those UPI transactions.
I have checked multiple times with my bank and have got multiple confirmations that the amount has been credited to the beneficiary account for both the transactions which I have raised. Attaching the the image from the mail which shows clear cut proof that it has been credited to your account.
After multiple follow ups with your customer support they still are denying that they haven't received the money.
If that is the case,
Please get in touch with your bank and either issue a statement from your bank stating that they have not received it as without any proof from your end I cannot escalate it anywhere UPI ref no's :************ and ************
