we have purchased oneplus phone from vashi its **th day phone camera is not working i went to oneplus service station today sewoods navi mumbai they said it will take time for replacement of phone they are ready to replace the phone but they are taking ** days time for it . as a customer what is our foult and why should we wait for **dAYS WITHOUT phone as whole work is on phone we need instant replacement of this phone we have invested spent ***** on trust with oneplus and why this issues we are facing need resolution as soon as possible token number in oneplus service station is N****
