I was booked a bus ticket on May **th from Srikakulam to Hyderabad in Redbus for svr travels travel on May **. Unexpectedly I had a call from svr travels on a travelling day (**th May) and they said to me 'the bus had a breakdown and the trip was cancelled and the amount will refund to your account sorry for the inconvenience please replan the trip'. I have booked a ticket for the next day **th May. Till today the amount not refunded. Redbus and svr travels are not responsible and not responding. Please take action.
