मेरा नाम माया कुमारी नायक है हमने * अप्रैल को एक क्रेडिट कार्ड स्वाइप किया था जो की मसविपे की तरफ से अमाउंट सटले नहीं किया गया उनका कहना है की आपने ओन कार्ड स्वाइप किया था लेकिन हमने ओन कार्ड स्वाइप नहीं किया है कस्टमर का नाम तो सत्यनारायण नायक है सो हमने उनको प्रूफ भी सेंड कर दिया फिर भी वह रिफंड नहीं कर रहे है हमने उनको बोलै आप कस्टमर के कार्ड में वापस रिफंड कर दीजिये वो वो भी नहीं कर रहे है और हमने जब मशीन ली थी तो हमको मसविपे के एग्जीक्यूटिव ने साफ़ साफ़ बोलै था की आप ओन कार्ड स्वाइप मत करना लेकिन इसके आलावा आप अपने हस्बैंड का कार्ड भी स्वाइप कर सकते है मेरे पास उस एग्जीक्यूटिव की कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग है अब वो हमारा रिफंड करने से साफ़ साफ़ इंकार कर रहे है वो बोल रहे है ये हमारे रूल्स एंड रेगुलेशन में नहीं आता है
