सर जी मैने ** जून **** को amstrad कंपनी का एसी खरीदा था जिसकी फुल पार्ट की * साल की ओर कंप्रेशर की ** साल की वारंटी दी गई थी।मेरा एसी **/**/**** को अचानक खराब हो गया जिसकी कंप्लेंट **/**/**** को कंपनी के सर्विस no ************ पर दर्ज करवा दी गई थी। इसके बाद * दिन बाद कंपनी की तरफ से दो मैकेनिक आए जिन्होंने जांच करने के बाद बताया कि इसकी पीसीबी खराब ह जिसके लिए डिटेल कंपनी को भेज दी ह।पीसीबी को आने में * दिन का समय लगेगा।सात दिनों के बाद फिर कस्टमर केयर no पर बात की तो उन्होंने कहा की हमने सीनियर अधिकारी से बात की ह तो तीन दिन और लगेंगे।उसके बाद दोनो मैकेनिक आए और पीसीबी चेंज की तो वो लगाते ही डैमेज हो गई।उसके बाद कई बार कस्टमर केयर के no और कंपनी के सीनियर अधिकारी श्री राज कुमार शर्मा mob no....**********,********** पर बात की गई लेकिन आज तक टाल मटोल करते आ रहे ह। इनके द्वारा उचित जवाबदेही न देने ओर समाधान न करने के कारण मे मानसिक तौर से परेशान हो चुका हु।पिछले एक महीने में गर्मी न सह पाने के कारण मेरे माता पिता बीमार हो चुके ह।अब तो इन्होंने फोन वी अटेंड करना छोड़ दिया ह।कृपया ठोस कारवाही की जावे
