என்னுடைய செட்டாப் பாக்ஸ் நம்பர் ***********.
நான் **.**.**** அன்று ரீசார்ஜ் செய்துருந்தேன். கூடுதலாக ஜி தமிழ் மற்றும் விஜய் டிவி இரண்டையும் **.**.**** அன்று ரீச்சார்ஜ் செய்திருந்தேன் ஆனால் மற்ற சேனல் அனைத்தும் எனது டிவியில் ஓடியது ஆனால் அன்று முழுவதும் இரண்டு சேனாலும் எனது டிவியில் காட்ட வில்லை.உடனடியாக கஸ்டொமெர் கேர்க்கு கால் செய்து சொன்னேன் அவர்கள் இரண்டு மணி நேரத்தில் ஆக்டிவேட் ஆகிவிடும் என்று சொன்னார்கள். ஆனால் அன்றைய நாள் முழுவதும் ஆகவில்லை பிறகு இன்று காலையில் அதாவது **.**.**** அன்று சரியாக *.** AM நேரப்படி கஸ்டொமெர் கேர்க்கு கால் செய்து சொன்னேன் பிறகு அவர்கள் ஆக்டிவேட் செய்தார்கள்.இதனால் எனக்கு ஒரு நாள்கான ரீச்சார்ஜ் தொகை வீணாக ஆகியுள்ளது. எனவே எனக்கு அந்த இரண்டு சேனலுக்கும் உங்களுடைய தவறினால் எனக்கு ஒரு நாள் முழுவதும் அந்த இரண்டு சேனாலும் அதாவது ஜீதமிழ் மற்றும் விஜய் டிவி ஒடவில்லை. எனவே ஒரு நாளுக்கான தொகையை திருப்பி தாருங்கள் அல்லது காலாவதியாகும் நாளில் இருந்து ஒரு நாளை நீட்டித்து தாருங்கள் என்று கேட்டேன் ஆனால் அவர்கள் அதற்க்கு மருத்துவிட்டார்கள் .

சன் டைரக்ட் dth நிறுவனத்திடம் இருந்து என்னுடைய *ரூபாய் **பைசாவினையும், எனக்கான மன உழைச்சளுக்காக ரூபாய் **ஆயிரம் அபராதமும் விதித்து மொத்த தொகையான ரூபாய் ***** மற்றும் **பைசாவினை எனக்கு வழங்கும் படி இதன் வாயிலாக கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.நன்றி.
