Messed up covid report (Kims healthcare management ltd Anayara PO Trivandrum )
I had covid test at Kims Kuravankonam unit on the **th July ****.They gave a negetive report first with the name spelt wrongly .The second time it was given without my passport no in the report.Lastly the report was issued without the bar code....
