Dear sir/madam
I would like to inform you after getting many disappointment and harrasment from yatra, still concerned persons did not refund my money against booking no. AUED*C
Already airasia processed my refund on June *, **** but still yatra employees forgot to refund my money.
How many times we have to beg for our money. Don't harrash your customers which will be painful for you also.
Hope you will refund my money at earliest in same account.
