- Wrong Product Delivered No Response for Replacement Order No Closed

A portable camera (model CP-E**A) was ordered from Daily Deals via their website (Order No. ******, AWB: **************) on **/**/****. The order was delivered on **/**/****, and payment was made using BHIM (COD).
However, the delivered product was an incorrect model (CP-E**A) instead of the one that was ordered. The issue was reported promptly through the company’s complaint form and multiple follow-up emails were sent to customer service, but no response or resolution has been received.
Neither the correct product nor any refund has been provided. This prolonged lack of action has caused considerable mental distress and inconvenience, in addition to financial hardship, as the payment has been made but the ordered product is still not received. The continued inaction violates e-commerce consumer rights and has left me without the product I paid for and with no clarity on the next steps.
Resolution Sought:
• Pickup of the incorrect product (CP-E**A)
• Immediate dispatch of the correct model (CP-E**A)
• Written confirmation of replacement or a full refund if the correct product cannot be supplied
