I ordered red colour colour dupatta but they send me pink colour with that reason I raised return request but pickup not done the courier person rejected due to qc because meesho forwarded them red colour pic but I have pink .I contacted customer care they are not ready to give right solution they cancelled the return request simple saying sorry I asked them atleast exchange the product but nill solution
