I had ordered a Asus ** inch monitor, but Amazon has shipped a tripod stand.
Once I called in the Amazon customer support, they asked me for the photos which I had promptly sent over.
Once the photos are sent, they have given me a * day wait period. Why should be my money be locked into Amazon for something they have clearly done a mistake.
I want a resolution to this and want my money back
