I have ordered Shoyo D** black canvas strap watch from zookr.in which was on **% offer in this website. The product was delivered within * days but when I opened the courier box, it was a wrong and also damaged product. It was Shoyo D** smart watch and with loose back cover. When I complained about it to the website, they replied me that they don't have any policy to refund and they told that we have delivered the product which was shown in website.
So it meant that they have cheated me or also other people who has ordered the products from this website.
Please take needful actions about it and also try to refund my balance or deliver desired product.
