- Worst Experience Till Tate Lemon Tree Hotel ^Closed

Hello,

My Name is Lovejit Singh, I'm writing this email from your Bangalore's Lemon Tree Premier hotel by **:** PM.

I just want to inform you that I'm a frequent traveler but I never had such a worst experience till date. I feel my paid amount should go to the charity instead of my stay at this hotel

I reached the hotel by ** PM and immediately ordered for Dinner and the person who took my order said dinner was coming in **-** minutes but dinner came after more than * hr.

- Even dinner is like they cooked it * Hr ago and just cold like it took from the Fridge.
- Then In the room AC Was not working then I again called for AC Repair.
- then I'm calling the Front desk and they're not responding.
- The Internet is not working. Still I'm using my own mobile's hotspot. They said sir we're calling you but no response.

Overall, I feel this is the worst hotel to stay and for their service I want to give them - ** out or **.

I have never had such an experience in my life, like I've to sleep on an empty stomach.
Shame to #LemonTree and their entire group.

I can promise, I'm never gonna book any Lemon Tree Hotel and I'll make sure none of my friends and family members are gonna to book your hotels.
