Dear Panasonic Team,
I purchased a new Panasonic AC in August ****, and from the very first day, it has been showing no cooling and display blinking issues. I have raised multiple complaints, but your Deoria service center has been closing them without providing any resolution.
Now, my AC has completely stopped working, and despite several follow-ups, neither your service team nor the service station is responding. It has been almost ** days, and my issue remains unresolved.
If this is the standard of customer service provided by a reputed brand like Panasonic, it’s truly disappointing. Customers like me pay over ₹**,*** extra for your brand’s quality and service assurance, but the experience has been extremely disheartening.
At this point, I request you to take back the AC if you are unable to resolve this issue immediately.
