I Booked return tickets from Delhi to Bangalore dated **th march ****. Travel dates dep **-mar, arrival **-Apr. After booking the amount was deducted from Kotak mahindra card and i got the tickets as well as confirmation from agency. Later on i contacted them to reschedule my tickets because of coronavirus pandemic. After numerous mails they replied that we are working on it. After almost a month now they have replied that the transaction was failed and ticket was not booked. On this i checked with kotak mahindra bank they confirmed that the transaction was successful and the amount was credited to beneficiary. Request you to intervene and resolve as they are not responding to my queries in a positive manner.
