Issue: Smartwatch didn't power on. M* also didn't work as per specifications. After a number of email messages, Zookr has taken back and supplied another one. While supplying they didn't return M* smart band. The smartwatch didn't perform as per specifications. After sending the videos they collected back the watch through their reverse courier, under the condition the money will be returned back. But so far Zookr has neither returned the money nor replaced the products - smartwatch and M* smart band. Now they are responding to email and the website, contact numbers are not reachable.
