I am writing to address an issue regarding a recent booking with SpiceJet. we had a reservation for a flight scheduled for the **th of February, for which we paid an initial amount of **,*** INR. Subsequently, we requested a date change for the same PNR to the **th of February, for which we paid an additional *,*** INR.
Unfortunately, on the **th of February, flight had been cancelled. While we appreciate the prompt refund of the initial booking amount of **,*** INR, we were disappointed to learn that SpiceJet declined to refund the *,*** INR paid for the date change.
We kindly request your assistance in facilitating the refund of the *,*** INR paid for the date change. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
