Subject: Non-delivery article contains Bluetooth Headphones which weights **gms, tracking consignment showing item received to Kukatpally P.O, but in Kukatpally P.O item not article not found
I have contacted about my speed post in kukatpally p.o * months back because of the status of my article is unchanged, they told we didn't find any article will let you once we have, but in consignment tracking it is showing item received in Kukatpally p.o, but the article is missing in kukatpally p.o, they told me to raise online complaint since * months no one is contacted me and finally, the status of complaint is 'closed' with remarks item, not found
Help me to resolve my issue.
