I took an annual plan from jio fiber internet and during installation they said they only have a single band modem and they will soon replace it with dual band modem..till date I didn't get the replacement and the internet speed is recieve is only **mbps..instead of the promised ***mbps..jiofiber customer care is not supportive and they say they can't help on this. I feel cheated.
