- Return Request Ignored Order Not Picked Up ^Open

I placed an order (#*****) on May *, **** with Karma Kurta for two products:
*. Ivory Multi Embroidered Kurta Pajama Set for Mens (Size M/**, Cotton)
*. Ivory Tree of Life Peacock Kurta Pajama Set for Men (Size M/**, Cotton)

I sent a formal return request email to their customer support asking for a return of both items and guidance on the return process. Despite sending the email, Karma Kurta has completely ignored my return request - they have not responded to my email, and they are not picking up phone calls either. They are refusing to process the return or arrange a pickup.

This is a clear case of deficiency in service. As a consumer, I am entitled to return products and get a refund, but the company is unresponsive and not honoring my return request. I am facing financial loss as my money is stuck with them and I have not received any assistance whatsoever.

I request Voxya to intervene and help me get a full refund for both items in order #*****.
