Dear Sir/Madam,
I am seeking your legal advice and possible representation regarding a consumer dispute with Myntra.
Order ID: ******* **************
Product: Dress
Brief facts of the matter:
• The product was delivered to me in proper condition.
• The size did not fit, so I placed a return request within the permitted return period.
• The courier partner collected the item.
• The product was later returned to me on the ground that the barcode/QR tag was not scannable.
The item remains unused and all original tags are intact exactly as received.
I am not disputing that the correct product was supplied. My concern is that the return is being denied because of a scanning issue related to the tag, which is beyond my control.
Despite multiple communications, the company’s support team keeps repeating that the correct product was delivered and has not addressed the actual reason for rejection.
I have already approached the National Consumer Helpline and can provide supporting documentation including:
• Order and invoice
• Return request details
• Photographs of the tags
• Email/chat communication
• Audio recordings of calls
