am writing with deep disappointment to inform that although I have received my order #A******, the item delivered is incorrect. Instead of the product a Digital Writing Pad that I purchased, I was sent a P* headphone, which is valued at only ₹***–₹*** online.
Additionally, the contact number provided appears to be switched off, making it difficult to reach the support team.
I kindly request to lodge a complaint and arrange for the return of this incorrect item and process a full refund of my payment at the earliest.
