- Repeated misleading Prime delivery commitments shipment failures postponements and cancellations for ^Open

I am an Amazon Prime customer repeatedly facing the same delivery failure pattern with prepaid orders.

Amazon displays *-day or *-day Prime delivery promises during purchase. Based on those promises, I place prepaid orders expecting timely delivery. However, after shipment, the orders later show updates such as “Package undeliverable” or “Problem occurred during shipping.”

After this, the delivery dates are repeatedly postponed for several days and finally the orders get cancelled or refunded after making me wait unnecessarily.

This same pattern has repeatedly happened with multiple orders. Even after contacting customer support multiple times, the issue continues.

My location is Chennai PIN ******, which is a major service area and not a remote location. Despite repeated delivery failures, Amazon still continues to display *-day delivery promises for the same products and the same PIN code.

This creates a repeated loop where customers pay in advance trusting the Prime delivery promise, Amazon holds the prepaid amount during delays and postponements, and later refunds the amount after cancellation.

If the area or product delivery is genuinely not serviceable, Amazon should clearly mention it before accepting prepaid Prime orders instead of repeatedly showing unrealistic fast delivery commitments.

These orders were mainly purchased for my *.*-year-old child. Due to repeated delivery promises, postponements, shipment issues, and cancellations, my family and child repeatedly faced disappointment after waiting for the products.

I can list many more similar incidents from Amazon orders, but I have mentioned only some important orders as examples showing the repeated pattern. This repeated experience is the reason I am raising this dispute and seeking proper action regarding these misleading delivery commitments and repeated service failures.
