- Regus Legacy Kolkata Fraud Misrepresentation Online Harassment ^Open

What was promised to me by Babli Kaur, the manager at Regus Kolkata--
- a one year contract with two free additional months of office accommodation

What happened?
I informed Regus that I'd leave March **, **** but left a month ahead of schedule due to constant billing discrepancy and poor experience. I informed Babli Kaur of my leave. Simple conversation: I told her that I found out that contract was changed to two years contrary to the initial negotiation., She told me that was "Sales," and confirmed to me I could leave because there would be no/minor irritants which will be taken care of in due time.

I cleared all my dues upto the time I spent at Regus and sent a confirmation.

What actually happened?
Regus claimed that I owed them for the full duration of the contract and penalties. They recently engaged a debt collection agency.

I engaged with the authorized manager. Kept everyone in the loop, and tried my best to be a good tenant. Someone rightly said: "One is entitled to their own opinion but not their facts."
