Trip ID : ******************. Spicejet has already processed the refund to the agency in May, **** and I have received confirmation from them as well. But the agency is claiming they are yet to receive the amount from Spicejet. I am yet to receive my refund since * months now. Have written mail to cs@happyeasygo.com requesting for the refund. No replies yet. Have also reached the customer executives a hundred times, they have now stopped accepting calls from my number, although I am able to reach via other numbers. Please dont scam people. Return their hard earned money. I along with other victims would be stepping ahead to take legal action if no positive response is received at the earliest.
