*) It has been advertised by your institution through your Brochure & hoarding , that classes will be taken by experienced teachers only along with you. But it has been observed that classes are being taken inexperienced / trainee teacher which is not fulfilling the object of coaching to meet the required standard of education in view of competitive & Board Exam .
*) On line classes introduced by your end with commitment to refund of difference of amount of classroom classes & online classes but it has seen that on online classes are being taken by inexperienced / trainee teacher with very poor
performance . After seeing this it’s proposed from your end to withdrawal my admission with commitment of full refund by you .
*) Passing of more than three months & in-spite of several request you have not fulfilled your commitment to refund the advance money paid by me amounting to Rs. - *****.** .
