I was analyzed cleartrip refund process statement while actually cleartrip has process only for PNR of AC*PTG - rs - ****/- .
But They missing one more PNR of MG***X - rs- **,***.**/-
Same I checked with SpiceJet airline that they released the refund amount for PNR has been different date . *st PNR is AC*PTG for ** June **** month credited, *nd PNR is MG***X for *nd July **** credited to your account.
Now cleartrip has taken only *st PNR amount only for refund process.
Kindly please check with PNR number wise and Process full refund amount of *****/- of both PNR number.
Attached airline payment conformed screen shot of your reference.
Note:- team, my humble request to you. This money I will need for medical emergency purpose ( Operation ).
