Bought ***L Refrigerator in may-****, started facing quality issues from Sep'** onwards and till date * instances happened. Recent one they changed compressor, charged me ~INR*.*K but got failed in * days (making bang noise and having safety risk, never know when this may explode). Their care manager Prabhat is such unprofessional and disrespectful, don't listen or understand the pain and so I am mentally tortured dealing him. Please take appropriate action to ensure no more harassment to any consumers. This fellow is not understanding customer pain and risk involved with this Refrigerator. I have paid ~INR *K till time on account of service charges and spares. Why customer 'll bear this ? I don't have any response from INDIA management team despite of multiple reminders to intervene
