- Received used defective product without seal Open

I ordered a mouse worth ₹***** which was delivered on **st January and within ** minutes of delivery I found that there was no seal on the product and the product's button part had scratches which clearly showed that the product was already used. Without further ado, I requested a return and tatacliq asked for few pictures, I sent them all, but they called me and informed me that they are unable to see the scratches so they are closing the case. I opened the case again and this time I shared a video of the product with a doodle showing the scratches but they again rejected the refund without any reason and since that day I tried to contact tatacliq so many times but they are not replying to my mails or they are just sending that same mail which states they cannot return the product. They are not providing any reason why they rejected the case, while the case is very much simple and clear. At first they just complicated things and now they are not replying to any of my e-mails.
Please help me I have wasted so many hours searching for solutions and seeking their help even when my exams are on.
