- Received Used Clothes Instead of New Night Suits from Glam Diva Order ^Open

I placed an order on Instagram from a seller named Glam Diva (@glamdiva.str) for a set of night suits, advertised as brand-new clothing.
My Order ID is ZS*****, and the parcel was delivered on **th June **** via Xpressbees courier (AWB Number: ***************) to my address in Tinsukia, Assam.

I paid ₹*** in cash (COD), expecting a new product as shown in the advertisement. However, upon opening the parcel, I was shocked to find used, worn-out, and unhygienic clothes inside, completely different from what was advertised or promised.

This is a clear case of online shopping fraud, cheating, and misrepresentation. I recorded an unboxing video as proof, which clearly shows the poor condition of the delivered item. I also took photos and screenshots of:
• The Instagram profile (@glamdiva.str)
• The parcel label with AWB number
• The delivered product

I tried contacting the seller, but they have not responded. Their page is still live and may be scamming others in a similar way. I also reported this case to the Tinsukia Police via email.

❗ I am seeking:
• A full refund of ₹***
• Legal action against the seller for fraud and misrepresentation
• A request for Xpressbees to investigate and blacklist the seller to avoid further misuse of their COD service

I request Voxya’s support to take appropriate steps, including issuing a legal notice or preparing a consumer court case if necessary.
