I have submitted my poco x* pro in service centre on * Nov with job sheet number WXIN************* they told me this is motherboard issue u will get ur device within * days after * days they told me company has not send spare parts, yet u have to wait after that i complained to poco with complaint number WOIN************** IN **TH Nov after that poco backend team call me and tell me that u will get ur device on * Dec but not received yet. i have also two more times but no reply withs complaint numbers WOIN**************, WOIN************** PLZ HELP ME TO GET MY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
