I'm using POCO X* mobile since ****. I have purchased poco X* mobile phone through online (Invoice Number # FAD**S**********).
Last month they provided an android update version, since it was provided by poco itself I believed it would be harmless to my mobile software. But after the update Camera gets blocked, it's shows black appearance when it's opened. Later I came to know that it was happened because of the update company provides, and POCO India itself revealed it on Twitter.
Now the problem is in service centre they are charging more money, and they suggest to replace this mobile with older version mobile as they believe that it was company mistake so they are ready to replace with old version mobile. Which I don't want to buy.
I would like to get service for the mobile which I have, or else i would like to get replacement of any other mobile version which is of same features having with mobile or even higher version.
It was not my mistake, mobile is completely in good condition not even a single dent or damage not available. As POCO India accept that it was their mistake because of software update most of the X series mobile got damaged.
