I booked oyo room at super townhouse white ridge kphb opposite to JNTU for *** online amount or **** pay at the hotel
But they charged *** extra saying that their hotel regular price is **** they charged me **** amount of *** more than the oyo booking amount i have no other option I went there with luggage so I paid extra I was helpless. I asked them if your hotel price is **** then why accepted my booking for **** through oyo.
