I had placed the order of UNO playing game card vide order No. ********* on **/**/** & made the payment for the same, but till date I haven’t received the product On sending mails repeatedly on customer care (care@jaldifatafat.com) they send a same reply all the time that due to current lockdown the product cannot be delivered, once the lockdown opens they will dispatch the product & share the dispatch details. But nothing happened till date, now lockdown has ended but then too no response from them. The order confirmation & email reply is attached with this complaint.
