I placed an order with Odd Giraffe on ** April **** for a large photobook.
On ** May, they said the order will be dispatched within *-* working days.
I have been emailing them every single day since **th May but they have completely stopped replying, including their social media channels and their founder Karan, everyone has ghosted me completely.
The order status on their website shows ‘cancelled’, there is no refund ,my money is blocked , it’s been more than a month, plus the company has stopped reverting. This is pure theft.
